The job of the Head of UX is to envision how people experience Ticketbis in desktop and mobile. He has to bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical. You´ll tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use desings form millions of people around the world who are looking for tickets to buy or sell from the first time user, to the sophisticated expert. Achieving this goal requieres a deep understanding of our user with continuous research, then creating user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups and prototypes for different devices. We are extremely interested in mobile.

You will need to be able to rely on Analytics and other data sources without any hep to fully understand problems, bottlenecks and areas of immprovements. We are a data driven company and we want our Head the UX to be like this as well

You willl need to demand pixel perfect results and rise enormously our visual standards, specially in mobile. Nothing than perfect shoud be accepted in the long term, although speed in the short terms is equally important.

And speaking of velocity, you will need to adapt a fast-growing international company that has a big objective: to become a billion dollar company in 3 years

Experience

  • MA or MS in a design-related field (for example: HCI, interaction or graphic design), engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience as a professional UX or concept designer.

Desired Experience

  • A portfolio with jaw-droppingly gorgeous design work, specially in mobile
  • Broad design experience with deep knowledge in UX, interaction, and UI/visual design
  • Proven leadership experience and qualities that inspire other designers, mobile developers, and product management.
  • A strong opinion, yet able to have open, direct, and respectful conversations about other points of view.
  • Skilled at fast digital and physical prototyping.
  • Fully understanding of web metrics and the ability to explore data by yourself.
