We are looking for a Customer Experience Leader who will be responsible for product & service design, validation and user experience research.

In coordination with UX/UI team, you will design and implement user experience testing and validation strategy of a digital platform, digital products and also in-person activities.

You will be working with technical delivery teams to solve technical & logical issues on UI design.

As an outcome of user experience research and testing, you will provide insights for the Marketing team.

Required skills and experience:

  • Product development background and market research skills
  • In-depth knowledge of current user experience processes and how they can be applied in specific project circumstances
  • Conducting workshops on CX Strategy and CX Methodologies
  • Knowledge of user centered design, usability principles, co-creation techniques and service design tools & methods
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in group
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages are an asset
  • Multi and cross-platform design experience
  • Mobile/Tablet app project experience
  • Flexibility to jump from one case to the other

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience in CX projects focused on kids and teenagers
  • Experience in CX projects focused on educational community
  • SmartTV app project experience
  • Other languages
