We are looking for a senior UX analyst/designer who can evaluate and be able to proposer improvements for all our B2B/B2B2C websites (as www.hotelbeds.com, www.bedsonline.com, www.guidego.com, etc…) user interfaces and products.

You will work within distribution department as part of our design team, collaborating with other designers, engineers and product strategists in a small cross-functional team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze and draw insights from tests and other information sources (observational, CX tools, A/B testing, remote testing, usability scoring, and web analytics) to detect design problems and/or possibilities for improvement of existing user interfaces.
  • Plan and conduct different types of user research and user testing (investigative user studies, one to one interviews, focus groups, surveys, market research)
  • Convert research data into hypotheses and visualizations (user profiles, personas, scenarios)
  • Sketch your ideas and use prototypes to demonstrate interaction.
  • Collaborate with other designers, engineers and product strategists to create beautiful and unforgettable user experiences for cross-platform products, including responsive experiences for mobile and tablet.
  • Be articulate and persuasive about UX best practices. Get involved strategically and contribute new product ideas.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in interactive design or UX roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational experience.
  • Advanced understanding of design and usability principles.
  • Collaborative person with a creative problem-solving mind.
  • Focus on simplicity: Find new ways to make complicated tasks easy.
  • Experience with business analysis, human-computer interaction, creating personas and user scenarios
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Piwik or similar analytics tool.
  • Experience running user studies.
  • Proven experience in design abilities, prototyping, and evaluate user interfaces.
  • Experience using a lean, lightweight and experiment-driven approach.
  • Digital portfolio showing strong examples of real-world projects you’ve worked on. This can include websites, applications or other interactive products.

The plus:

  • Experience with Tealeaf or similar CX tool.
  • Familiar with web coding languages as HTML and CSS.
