We need to incorporate a User Experience Manager who will lead the Creativity department, reporting directly to Project Managers. Your common duties will be: ideation and conceptualization, research, benchmarking, definition of information architecture, definition of interaction flows and design of prototypes and final graphics.

This position is located in Madrid (Spain) but is eligible for remote working.

Requirements

  • High degree or bachelor design, multimedia, engineering, fine arts, psychology or related.
  • High level of spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrable experience of a least 2 years in projects related to visual design, interaction, UX and UI, from idea to implementation, Web, Mobile, SmartTV or other fields that can show this kind of skills.
  • Management of creative projects and information architecture processes, business-centered interaction design and user-centered web/mobile standards.
  • Experience to do necessary research to define solution’s user scenarios. Hypotheses to validate this solutions with the necessary techniques: A/B testing, user tests, surveys, focus groups, etc.
  • Experience with usability testing processes.
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Balsamiq Mockups, Invision, etc.
  • Deep knowledge suite Adobe: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc.
  • Updated portfolio online (wireframes, prototypes, interactive prototypes and final solution). - Necessary to see the competencies of the candidate.
  • Communication skills in offline and online environments. You will work with people telematically with multidisciplinary and multicultural profiles, from friendly and informal freelancers in South America to strict executive boards in Scandinavia.
  • Autonomy and proactivity to design and implement your own work plan and the equipment plan in rapidly changing environments. You get things done, instead of waiting for directions or excuses.
  • Extra values:

    • Knowledge of main CMS, eCommerce and web analytics tools.
    • Front-end markuping and programming knowledge.
    • SEO knowledge.
    • Knowledge of Framer, Pixate, Origami, Flinto, Zeplin.
    • Third language.
    • Experience in online media and marketing and working over agile methodologies.
    • Experience in dealing directly with end customers and large key-accounts.
