We are currently looking for an Innovation & Service Designer for the following functions:

  • Find meaningful insights into our customers, suppliers and employees behaviours.
  • Propose new concepts that will benefit both the business and the end users.
  • To drive Ingenium Program.
  • Perform research activities.
  • Facilitate innovation and co-design workshops.
  • Do this together with the local business teams, and the IT agile team (UX designer, developers, etc).
  • Train people while doing this.

YOUR GOAL:

Find meaningful insights into our customers, suppliers and employees behaviours and propose new concepts that will benefit both the business and the end users.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • design research and innovation
  • journey mapping and blueprinting
  • ideation & concept visualization
  • co-design facilitation and workshops
  • concept development paper prototyping
  • Lean start-up methodology
  • A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary
  • Firm believer that together is better

  • You have 3+ years experience

YOU ARE:

  • A creative problem solver

  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to influence others
  • Able and willing to take decisions body
