We’re looking for a UX designer to take a leadership role in our company, instilling a user-centered culture in our business and setting a high bar for design across our products. You’ll have broad responsibility for UX across our current and future products.

You will work closely with UI designers, copywriters, web developers, product owners and key stakeholders. Together, you will deliver value to the business and generate disruptive products that people will adopt, trust and love.

What you will be doing:

  • Establish best practices and lead the UX design of our main products
  • Be an ambassador in User Experience principles
  • Work within our Design Sprints in the definition and implementation of our product
  • Create sketches, wireframes, sitemaps and user flows
  • Create interactive prototypes
  • Participate in the definition and development of our components library and Design System
  • Collaborate with developers implementing new designs within Development Sprints
  • Assist our copywriter with content strategy

Other responsibilities:

  • Analyze user feedback and behaviour to detect improvements on the user experience
  • Consult with clients to understand their goals and explain research results
  • Conduct usability testing
  • Develop Personas, storyboards and usage scenarios
  • Conduct competitor and customer analysis

What you will bring:

  • Strong experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with agile methodologies
  • Able to work at a fast-paced company where the feedback cycle is measured in hours rather than weeks
  • Ownership and responsibility of key work and measure the success of new designs
  • Is a team player, willing to get involved in multidisciplinary content and product teams, restlessly defend the user vision
  • Love to build fast proof of concept ideas, mockups and interactive prototypes and refine them based on team input
  • A/B testing and fastly reacts to UX mistakes
  • Experience with multi-platform and responsive apps
  • Solid understanding of graphic design
  • Proficient experience with current design tools - Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, whatever. We don’t care what you use, but you do.
