What we’re looking for a: UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer you will work alongside and collaborate with a team of engineers, business analysts, and product managers. We have many new features on the roadmap and an iterative mentality in improving what has been built. This is a role full of UX challenges and the delight of facing them head-on to impact the productivity of hundreds of thousands of users. You’ll use your knowledge of visual design, interaction design, and user experience to build delightful, simple experiences for web, mobile and bots (you should be striving to win awards here!)


  • BA/BS or MA/MS in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interface Design or on-the job equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience with a variety of graphic design and interactive tools including Photoshop, Sketch, and onscreen prototyping tools.
  • Ability to create prototypes using: HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap (Front-end coding experience required)
  • Strong abilities in sketching, mocking up, and evaluating interaction design.
  • Experience with responsive design across web and mobile devices
  • Must have an online portfolio so you can show your methodical thinking and beautiful design work (include examples creating websites, prototypes and/or mobile applications).
  • Able to understand technical implementations and limitations
  • Ability to clearly explain your ideas and thought processes in English
  • Can distill complex problems into simple and understandable solutions
  • Have basic exposure and understanding of native platforms such as Android, iOS, Connected Devices and Voice Interfaces.
  • Strong work ethic with good time management and ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings remotely.
  • Ready to hit the ground running without a lot of hand holding


  • Work from high-level requirements and ask the right questions to gather all relevant information to guide design direction and create holistic design solutions that address business, brand and user requirements
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes and other design deliverables to demonstrate and test new designs
  • Own the maintenance of a consistent style guide/ design direction and UI patterns across our product platforms, ensuring a process around ease of reuse/extension/style modification across a highly distributed team
  • Create graphics and icons to enhance new features.
  • Clearly articulate your design vision and provide suggestions on best practices for bringing designs to life
  • Participate in usability studies of existing and new applications.
  • Continuously provide usability design improvement recommendations based on industry best practices, observed user behavior and site/app analytics.
  • Keeping up with the latest developments in the UI/UX world
