Telefonica’s Pay TV portfolio in Latin-America aims to deliver a extremelly accurate TV experience for our clients. Whit more than 4 million clients in 13 countries. The candidate will be involved in a team with only one mission, drive to build amazing media products for mobile, web and living room experiences. We are focusing to increase the user engagement by creating a real advanced TV service based in our user Insight set.


To reveal unarticulated emerging desires, the rol might evaluate insights, crystallize them in specific actions and follow the cycle of product development and evolution, measuring the implementation and launch results, in an iterative manner.

The rol might gathering knowledge about our users behaviours, needs and demands by working in the following tracks,

  • Design Research: plan, coordinate, complete and oversee job-related activities and assignments for eXperience Design Team.
  • Conduct qualitative research studies in a wide range of techniques. In-deep interviews, etnography, shadowing, user testing, co-creation, guerrilla test, card-sorting, heuristic.
  • Conduct quantitative research studies through A/B testing, data analysis, surveys.
  • Insights gathering result validating qualitative insights with qualitative research.
  • Trends analysis.
  • User segmentation based on behaviours.
  • Conceptual crystalization using mental models, scenarios and uses cases that reveals the value proposition and integration in the whole experience.
  • Measuring experience and create KPI’s based on metrics.
  • Communicate and spread results through a strong storytelling ability.
  • Workshop facilitator.


  • Discoverement valuable insights to led improvement to existing product or develop new ones.

  • 15 year in User eXperience Design


  • Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written). Capable to understand Portuguese

Valuable experience in media experiences contribution specially TV (at least 1.5 years)
