We are looking for Service Designer with at least 3 years of experience. The main responsibilities will be:

Responsibilities

  • Developing customer journey experience and personas
  • Co-creating in multidisciplinary teams, keeping an eye on the human-centeredness of the process.
  • Co-creating the experimentation design related to understanding the customer problem and solution.
  • Challenging and managing customer research (e.g.: interviews, observation..)

Skills

  • Obsessed with observing and understanding people, surfacing insights about them
  • Experience with both quantitative and qualitative research techniques, and understanding the advantages of multiple research methods
  • Highly skilled in managing and executing research projects (e.g.: can draw actionable insights out of complex research)
  • Human centered design of innovative services
  • Expert in service design thinking tools and process (e.g.: stakeholder mapping, persona, customer journey mapping,..)
  • Bring concepts to life through quick and dirty prototyping (e.g. wireframes and Visual design for experiments and/or MVP)
  • Used to work and lead multidisciplinary teams
