We are looking for a Senior UX Expert to join our team to shape the next generation of our products. You will strengthen our ability to deliver solutions adapted to our customers’ end-to-end journey. Working with other designers, developers and product managers you will define best practices, interactions and design innovative new products for the healthcare industry.

The DIA UX department is a continuously growing team. It currently consists of more than 20 UX experts with a big variety of skillsets and backgrounds. We provide the full spectrum of usability engineering from context research to usability testing and support a wide range of projects during the whole development process and beyond.

Key responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of all usability engineering activities focusing on interaction design and evaluation.
  • Contribution to sprint planning and execution within an agile development environment
  • Close cooperation with other UX experts, project, requirements and risk management between sites.
  • Planning, preparation and execution of formative and summative usability evaluations.
  • Alignment of user interface and workflow design within and beyond product lines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master in Psychology, Interaction Design, Usability/Human Factors or other comparable education in social science.
  • Education in Human Computer Interaction Design or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools.
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience in projects with hard- and software components.
  • Portfolio demonstrating the application of UX tools, techniques and other relevant design artefacts and methods.
  • Positive attitude towards people, ability to connect to a wide range of personalities.
  • High degree of self-organization, active information collector and connector.
  • Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. German is an advantage.
  • Experience in workshop moderation is a plus.
