We’re looking for highly motivated and proactive individuals to join a vanguard interdisciplinary R&D team based on Barcelona. Mobile games are today a growing environment of economical and social interaction, where millions of users interact with each other and with the game every day.
This team will focus its work and results on the understanding of customer behavior through our different analytic tools and the knowledge of each team member, and from there draw conclusions and spread within the company best practices in order to improve the market performance of our games and overall user experience.

This team will be integrated within the framework of the Game Economy Design worldwide team.

User behavior specialist

As the user behavior specialist, we want you to add the choice architecture component to the team’s abilities. You will be tasked with building the most efficient framing, anchoring and use other cognitive biases to shape the choice-making of our users in a predictable way. You will also be responsible of providing ways to measure and compare the success of your different proposals, and further draw conclusions from the different experiments.

Requisitos

  • Estudios mínimos: Licenciado - Psicología
  • Experiencia mínima: de 3 a 5 años
  • Imprescindible residente en: provincia puesto vacante

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Fluent English speaking
  • Graduate in Psychology or related discipline, with Expertise in choice architecture: cognitive biases, perceptual dynamics, and related fields
  • Knowledge of statistics, specially related to advanced sample comparison within confidence levels
  • Proven experience in experimental research applied to product marketing and choice making

Requisitos deseados:

  • Proven experience in experimental research applied to product marketing and choice making Pluses:
  • Mastery of SPSS
  • Previous experience in a similar company-oriented psychologist position
  • Knowledge of mobile market, specifically games
