In order to strengthen its team, Amaris is looking for a: Copywriter

Your Role

You will work along side designers to write on-screen UX information for new features, on-screen help information, nomenclature & labels and deal with naming of particular elements to make them understandable from a user perspective.

You will do so for enhancing existing features, product improvements based on usability testing, and to develop new products and services.

As such, you have to understand the product in great detail, as well as be able to understand the user conceptual model to use words as an integral part of guiding the User Experience. The UX writer must be able to think analytically about the user experience and information architecture. You must have a strong understanding of the role of text in the overall ease and efficiency of the user experience.

Additional writing assignments might include: writing help text based on their deep understanding of the product functions and user needs, product documentation for highly technical or very consumer oriented products and services, and assist in the documentation of guidelines as needed to communicate user experience intent of a product to a broader audience.

Candidate needs to have excellent English writing skills as well as solid Spanish writing skills. Ideally, they also have some knowledge of Portugese and German.


  • Estudios mínimos: Licenciado - Filología Inglesa
  • Imprescindible residente en: CEE
  • Minimum +4 years of copywriting experience for product development organization
  • Experience writing for a target audience of global professionals
  • Bilingual English/spanish speaker with excellent ability to write direct, clear and grammatically correct text
  • Experience, training and interest in usability and the role of text in the overall ease & efficiency of the user experience
  • Portfolio of past work with a demonstrated focus on user experience
  • Ability to turn around assignments quickly, willingness to work with sometimes tight deadlines.
