We are looking for an experienced and innovative Customer Experience Specialist to help deliver the benefits of our Customer Experience Laboratory to potential clients by defining the cross-channel customer experience strategy for them.

The main responsabilities will be

  • Defining interactions, sitemaps, and wireframes based on UX and Business requirements
  • Working with visual design teams comprising of visual and motion designers
  • Working with technical delivery teams to solve technical & logical issues on UI design
  • Presenting concepts and ideas to clients of all levels
  • Knowledge of user centered design, usability principles, co-creation techniques and service design tools & methods
  • Conducting workshops and seminars on CX Strategy, CX Methodologies and CX Training

Requisitos mínimos

  • Experience in Customer Experience Research
  • Business and Marketing Strategy background and Market Research skills
  • Experience in device-oriented, cross-channel and customer-centric experiences
  • Diploma in Computer Science or higher
  • Ability to work in group
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced English

Requisitos deseados

  • Finance services sector experience
  • Multi and cross-platform design experience
  • Experience in interaction design for mobile
  • Mobile/Tablet/SmartTV app project experience
  • Background in Visual Design (Art, Interactive Design, Motion graphic)
  • Content Strategy and Business Gap Analysis
  • UX Design: developing mind maps, information architectures, workflows, and mockups
  • Service Design: customer journey maps, idea generation, expectation maps, storyboards, co-creation sessions
  • Agile Development background
  • Involvement in workshops, service-oriented demos, and testing sessions
